PARISH REGISTRATION FORM

In order to register with the church, we need to speak to you by phone.  Please call the Parish Office at
252-447-2112.  The office is staffed regular hours during the week, except for holidays.  Please leave a message if no one is available to take your call with a number to get back to you, and the best time to call.

The parish secretary will contact you by phone for further information. 

You are also welcome to come to the Church Office Monday -Thursday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
